Gluten Free Cherry Almond Muffin Recipe
I have a recipe that’s going to make you want to run 🏃🏻‍♀️ to go get some fresh cherries! OMG THESE CHERRY ALMOND MUFFINS 🍒🍒🍒 I’m sorry for the yelling but they are so good! One thing I’m learning during my clean eating January is that I like break fast! Before I have never eaten breakfast first thing in the morning but now that I am not eating grains, starches, flour that I’m hungry when the sun rises! 
Recipe: 
2.5 cups almond flour
1/2 cup of honey (to me this is the perfect not to sweet am muffin add more if you like)
1/2 tap salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup homemade yogurt (recipe coming soon)
1 tsp vanilla bean powder (or 2 tsp vanilla extract)
1 cup fresh cherries pitted and just rough cropped (I know this takes for ever but to me it’s worth it! )
4 tbsp butter

Directions:  First, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Then combine all set ingredients into a bowl: honey, eggs, butter, yogurt and mix until smooth. Next, add in dry ingredients salt, vanilla beans, almond flour and mix. Then add the chopped cherries and stir until combined. Place in muffin pan this made 8 jumbo cherry almond muffins. Bake for 25-30 mins at 350 or until the tooth pick comes out clean. If you have a regular muffin pan I recommend checking your muffins at 15-20 mins to see if they are ready. We can't wait to hear what you think, let us know!
